I have found great success using liquid glucosamine, arthritic massage, heating pads and light exercise to keep those joints moving. My dog has done a 180 in her health. She still enjoys running after the ball and swimming. I am so convinced that this is the way to help my dogs I’m telling everyone!

Any pain relievers carry the risk of side effects. I use rimadyl for my arthritic dog only when he absolutely needs it. It is effective but I use it cautiously. I concentrate more on supplements.

I think it varies depending on your vet. There are some pain relievers made specifically for pets that are more commonly prescribed.

did not know existed the possibility of giving aspirin to dogs, always take him to the vet with any questions and never prescribe aspirin

I don´t like to give aspirin to my dog. I think aspirin is so “agressive” for a dog
